HERCULES HOME WATCH offers peace of mind to those who leave their home for periods of time and need a knowledgeable and trustworthy representative to inspect the property "weekly, bi-monthly or monthly."

We have a checklist of duties which begins with a visual inspection upon arrival of the exterior of the home and then an interior inspection by performing a thorough walk through with an outlined checklist of functions to insure that everything remains in working order… from windows and doors, the cycle of water and p-traps, insects and pests, circuit breaker panels, hot water heaters… just to name a few. Upon departure… it's "Look, Listen, Lock."
